I've been browsing through various lingerie sites and stores to get an idea of what is out there. My lingerie drawer has been in a sad state, and I need some new pieces so I thought I'd share my finds with you. Some of my finds made me want to wear the lingerie on the outside, though I realize it's that versatile, if you're bold and thin enough. Also discovered that the good stuff is not cheap....not one bit.
Frederick's was my first stop (I remember browsing in the shop in LA on the strip)..A lot of these websites don't allow me to save the nice big pictures, so I'll make do. Biker chic is what they call these looks. Note: these pieces probably aren't worn with the idea of comfort in mind, and these would be incredible for a lingerie night out to the club, lol!
Next was Wolford, and expensive as &^%$. Luckily, they really only have basics and their RTW only really caught my eye. A bodysuit and a body contoured dress that made me think I was ready for the early 90's again!

This dress was over a grand! |
I tried Victoria Secret next but I really only do well when going into the store physically, as the website gives me a headache. Too much to look, and too many voluptious boobies staring at me.
So I staggered onto La Perla...and loved what Jean Paul I saw..again, expensive. The sites store images were blah, so I went with the ad campaign shot.

With a lingerie overload, I lastly found a Begium designer by the name of Celine Pinkers. There's no real way to acquire her pieces, unless you live in Belgium me thinks, but her ideas are phenomenal. It has a very dark vintage feel.
If you have any lingerie hot spots I need to know about, please pass the info along! I'd appreciate any help!
